Simone conceived and project managed this overview to provide a resource for trainers and educators to use video to improve the quality of their training. It covers a range of topics of importance to the behavioral health workforce. She coordinated the work of volunteer behavioral health subject matter experts for the short films, wrote most of the reviews for the longer films and put it on the Institute's Wordpress website. She also worked with graphic designers and quality testers to package the content into an iPad book that is now available for free from the iBook store by clicking here.
